We are a 55 and better independent living community. We offer many amenities and activities to suit your needs. We have a lovely renovated clubhouse with kitchen, BBQ grill, library, sunroom and many planned activities and social events. We also have two sparkling pools, 2 tennis courts, 2 bocce courts, picnic shelter with BBQ grills, 2 shuffleboard courts, and a RV/Boat storage facility.
Our community consists of 47 buildings, 564 units, six first floor and six second floor units per building. We offer 1 bedroom/1 bath units with 804 square feet and 2 bedroom/2 bath units with 1,188 square feet.
The monthly assessment includes:
Basic cable, water, lawn maintenance, building exterior maintenance, all common element maintenance and association expenses.

The community encompasses a recently updated 18 hole public golf course with championship greens. The golf course is a separately owned entity, however, memberships are available to the residents.
